I ordered two of the same dog toy, Elastic Frisbee Ball. It is NOT safe for dogs. My medium sized dog ended up swallowing plastic in less than 5 minutes from giving him the toy. I want a refund. How do I go about this?

I am reporting a package (Sun Glasses) that I did not order. (I wear prescription glasses) The label was a Chinese label that had a USPS label Pasted over it. The Chinese scanner label is 69230532****** at the top and FLY6082***** above the description
