Thousands of Pacific Gas and Electric (PG&E) customers are without power in Grass Valley and Nevada City area Monday morning. As of 9 a.m. about 69,000 customers were without power in the Sierra Division, which includes El Dorado, Nevada, Placer and Sierra Counties.

There are 612 customers affected northwest of Grass Valley.
Over 900 customers in Nevada City and northeast of the city have no power.
