Order shower head and asked to cancel order as they wanted more things to be bought. Cannot reach out to them and they said it was sent. We just received it and have not opened it as we don't want it. However we have no way to be in contact with me as we get a block on our computer as a scam

I received a package from 2303 Southeastern Ave. commerce California. It had my correct name and address, but it was not anything I ordered. It was a package of hand sanitizer. I’ll look up the address, there is no business at this address

Received package with dog toy that wasn’t ordered. Sender says TikTok inc, but have never used TikTok shop & did not order. Not sure how they got my address. Did receive notification card was hacked a week ago. Not sure if related

I ordered a hooded cape cloak from a facebook retailer. They never sent the package. Opened a case with PayPal (whom wanted to back the seller originally, case is still opened), chargeback with Mastercard whom found in my favor because seller would not respond. Still waiting on… See more
