I received a USPS ground delivered package that contained a plain grey t-shirt with a tag from Cyklas with price of $39.9. There was no shipping invoice included. I did not order this product.

A SMUD outage map at the time showed over 7,000 customers were without power, beginning around 11:30 a.m., in a large area between Auburn Boulevard and Greenback Lane. Police were not able to confirm the reason for the outage, or how long it lasted.
