aren't actively watching them. I've been bitten/nipped twice by dogs in Chumash Park with owners that don't seem to know how to control or can't be bothered to. Kids play in the park all the time, and there are elderly that frequent the park as well. What if an uncontrolled dog comes through and attacks kids that don't know how to handle dogs? Should they need to deal with this? Please ensure dog owners are reminded to keep control of their dogs if they want them unleashed.
