June 24th 2023 Dyess Rual Water Came And Turned My Water Off On A Saturday. When Going To Pay My Bill I Gave Them $100 Which My Bill Was Only $60 Something Dollars And They Wouldn't Take My Money. We Have A Heat Advisory And We Need Water To Survive.

I received a sealed package with my name and address on it from U.S.P.S.. The return address was Tony Strickland 6550 E. Washington Blvd Los Angeles CA 90040. Inside it contained a "cutlery set" consisting of just a fork and spoon
