got screwed by two websites and got earmuffs instead of what I ordered, came from an Amazon warehouse, and reporting to Amazon

I received a package. There is a tracking number on it that I can track down. It's for 5 pairs of socks. Is what we got. We have not ordered those. However, we did order some larger items online. And if this was sent in place of that, I need to file a complaint.
