1. Employees are exposed to spider webs, ants, rats and snake in the warehouse in that the employer does not provided an adequate housekeeping programs, that can result in injury. 2. The employer is not mandating the wear of protective face covering to decrease the spread of
the COVID-19 infections exposing employees to health hazards. 3. The employer does not ensure employees exposed to possible dropped objects hazards are wearing steel toed safety shoes which can result in injuries. 4. Employees in the warehouse are exposed to slip and fall hazards due to the roof of having leaks which can result in injuries.
