Had symptoms but lied on my job, Florence, AL, USA

My company is making all its employees fill out a questionnaire for Covid-19. One of the questions asks if you’ve had any symptoms from a given list. I have had some of these symptoms, but my manager made me lie on it, saying I didn’t, so I could continue working.
