I got an email saying the time and day my order was received and never got it. They lied. The post office said the tracking number can't be found, that I gave her. I'm so mad right now

I ordered a dog bed and never received it and I want my money back. HSN is involved with this and I want my money back from these people. I ordered this on 8/7 2023 and they said they delivered it but they didn't. I don't know who they delivered them too but it sure wasn't me.

Flushing NY 11377 They send it to my name and address with NULL NULL
