Received an unordered moissenite ring from GRA with report and plastic warranty card today. have not scanned QR code to register warranty. Delivered by Evri but no company information at all. Bank informed

I had a package delivered today there is no name or address on the package and inside is a grey box with a gra ring, and a leaflet with a certificate card inside.

I ordered some Cath Kidston items which I haven’t received however this item was delivered by the Evri courier and the tracking code is the same as what the Cath Kidston order should have ****.
