I have just received an harmonica from this company instead of a cat tree I ordered. I believe this company is a scam. I have the exact tracking number on the packaging envelope I got when I placed my order

I have received a pair of earmuffs instead of the purchase I made on Facebook of a clothes airer. They have come from PFT logistics. How can I get my money back? I ordered two and have spend nearly £100! Not happy to say the least!

I ordered 4 quilts and received a pair of ear muffs today. Very unhappy. This should be reported to Facebook where they’re advertising.
I’m gonna try and get a refund through my credit card
