Received parcel containing Ear Muffs instead of large order of garden ornaments. Parcel has same Tracking Number provided by seller of ornaments, So, not sure who is the scammer here!

Ordered some garden fairy ornaments from Facebook advert but I have received a pair of ear muffs instead, package has my tracking number on. Advert is obvious a scam and needs removing, need advice on getting my money back! Company is called Boateng.
