For the second time I have had an incorrect delivery. I think I should have received a thick duvet, instead of which I have a parcel including a gold coloured tea spoon and cake fork????

I believe I ordered 2 Items and paid for said items 11/112022. Have tracking number. Which does not track anything .Received a cheap hand held fan, posted the same date as order placed.

I received a pair of gloves from here but I was supposed to be receiving a light weight mobility scooter. I paid for it and after email after email, I was told it was on its way. No I’ve got a pair of gloves instead! Absolutely fuming!
