I order a APPLE tablet by the shop DTGGOODSGONS at Singapore SGP, wich was never delivered

I ordered an Apple tablet which never delivered even we the site says that the pakket even was delivered BUT NO!!! but the site tell us that it is delivered on 11-02-2024.
