I ordered 1 lego set from them never recieved confirmation I've tried to email but never received an answer.

On December 28, 2023 I ordered 1 Lego set from the Harry Potter movie. It was cheap, so I had my doubts if it was really Lego. I paid USD 32.35 but never received anything. The email I received stated that it had been shipped. The email came from the variety stores in HK. Tracking number is: AS8336406****. The said it is delivered to my house, but I did'nt receive anything
