I need to return a pair of shoes that do not fit properly. i tried chat before and ws sent a form to complete with a $66 charge. My bank for the credit card (CIBC) sent me a fraud alert. Are you legit? I just want my refund.

I ordered two t-shirts for Elbows Up. From Whiteweby. They were shipped from the US and into Ontario and then sent by post to me. No tags - origin of t-shirt nor type of material. Took more than three weeks to get here and the material of the t-shirts is crap
