received my package. When I tried to contact the company. First the told me that probably it was delivered to my neighbors. I responded with I work from home, and own a condo. So, it can't go to my neighbors. Then they said if my billing address on the card is different from my shipping address. I will not get it, which I responded with its the same address. I had no idea it was being shipped from China, or else, I wouldn't have brought the items. Then they said the shipping company delivered it, and I signed for it, which is a lie. They even added shipping insurance to my own, now I am asking for my refund. They said they can only give me 50%. Which I declined. I would like my full refund. My Superintendent even ran our surveillance camera, and who is on site each day, no delivery driver delivered any package. I buy stuffs online all the time. And this is the first time this has happened. I recently brought an expensive shark product, and it got delivered to me on 08/27/23. This is alleged scam. I am a very respectful person. I would not ask for a refund if I did received my package. Absolutely not. I paid for my products and never received it, and the merchant is not willing to give me my full refund. Buyers Beware. I've seen a beautiful dress from ever new online and with this experience that I went through this time around.
