Only one entrance/exit to the building as the other is blocked by a shelf that could not be moved in case of an emergency. IOSHA compliance paperwork has expired. Manager has tested positive for COVID-19 and has continued to come into work, exposing employees to virus.

Employees are not quaranting after being exposed to positive COVID-19 cases. Employer is not mandating the practice of social distancing. Those that have selectively been quarantined have been forced to use vacation pay and PTO time during quarantine. Employees are not receiving relief pay.
