District manager came to location feeling sick with symptoms consistent with COVID-19. She continued to work, sometimes without mask, resisting requests from store staff to leave. She ultimately vomited and directed staff to clean it up.

1. THIS WEEK THEY HAD EIGHT EMPLOYEES TEST POSITIVE FOR COVID-19. 2. They ALL WORKED IN THE deli. 3. The STORE HAS NOT DONE ANY DISINFECTING AFTER THEY FOUND OUT ABOUT THE CASES.
