Employer has staff report to work who have been exposed to COVID19 or who are symptomatic for COVID19. 4. Employer not enforcing capacity levels. 5. Employer not enforcing customer masking. 6. Employer not conducting sanitation of high-touch surfaces. 7. Employer not disinfecting areas previously occupied by COVID19 positive staff.
