Exactly the same story as others here. I ordered 3 of the Library Book Mugs, which looked beautiful online. When they arrived, I saw that they are awful: so cheap and ugly. No instructions for returning. Way overpriced for what turns out to be cheap junk. It's a scam, and I want a refund!!
