Ordered a battery powered handsaw on April 21, 2021. Followed, tracking and it sat at destination airport for over a week. Contacted supplier and they said that entire shipment was lost and they would send me a replacement. Received a small package with a wire and two rings. Paid 7.99 for shipping and probably cost less than 1.00. Supplier responded that the electric saw was available for 79.99. Total a SCAM. Can I get a refund?
