Xfinity set me up with their mobile service. I cancelled it before using it even once. I tried to return the phone and was told that their customer service was wrong and they wouldn't take it back. I tried for a year and a half to pay for whatever and get rid of them only to be told I never had an account. 50 + hour long phone calls and finally their technical support found my account in a back file called a CRM. They sent me into collections and destroyed my credit. They still refuse to work with me and deny everything. They're scumbags and liars.
