I ordered two items: recv'd one that was what I ordered and one that isn't even close to what I ordered. Found a phone # online (775-954-9500) which is perpetually busy... Not sure if I should return the item and hope for a refund. I'll take it up w/ my credit card company and hope for the best.

Call your credit card company for fraud. What this company is doing is sending out the wrong items and calling it a warehouse issue. Then they will try to negotiate you paying to send it back. Don’t. Or you getting 50-60% back to just keep it. File a fraud complaint with your CC company and they will email you trying to negotiate. Tell them you do not want the items. And you’re not paying to send them back. My CC company got me a full refund.
