Call your credit card company for fraud. What this company is doing is sending out the wrong items and calling it a warehouse issue. Then they will try to negotiate you paying to send it back. Don’t. Or you getting 50-60% back to just keep it. File a fraud complaint with your CC company and they will email you trying to negotiate. Tell them you do not want the items. And you’re not paying to send them back. My CC company got me a full refund.

So when you speak to them they will pretend it was an error and then offer you a discount to just keep that item. Report it as fraud to your credit card company. That’s what I did. Then I told the company if they wanted the earmuffs I didn’t order they could pay to return. Every email they would offer me more of a discount. This is where they try to get you. I continued to tell them I had submitted as fraud and wanted a full refund. The CC company honoured my refund. They paid all but $4 back but the bank got the rest. Whatever you do don’t settle. They will also email you from an email address not noted and try to negotiate. You do not need to speak to them. But definitely report it. Take pictures of the package and item and what you ordered.
