Ordered pet fence on 1.22.23. Item was presented as 7 to 14 day delivery.Small envelope was delivered by usps yesterday 2.15.23, weight 5 Oz, customs value $5.00 US, origin China. I emailed the vendor with photos they requested. Vendor claimed shipper error. Vendor requires return of item to China via ( approx cost $20.00+ USD) traceable postal service. Or I can just accept a 40% refund of my $49.99 payment ($19.996 USD) and every calls it done! What a FRAUD AND SCAM AND THEFT! Talked to my bank. They suggested I return the package to the DuPont WA return address and document the return of the little screwdriver. Will do that tomorrow.
