This is a big scam. The glasses dont do anything. Is there anyway we can send them back and get a refund

Hello, I received the package and I was amazed!!!!!!! It's not even close to what I ordered. I ordered 11 pieces of colored blouses and I received 9 pieces with everything and everything else....as if they were collected from the garbage container.....please tell me where and how I can return them and- I get my money back, otherwise I have to turn to the competent authorities... In the next email I will also attach some pictures to edify you.
