I sent a package to my elderly mom who is on a fixed income both me and her. The package # 9505516378361275424562 was things that she needed. It was sent out last week Saturday. It was supposed to be delivered to my mom by Wednesday 10/6/21, a week later it still has not arrived. We called the 800 # on the 7th, they then changed the delivery time to the 7th. My package has been sitting at the Teterboro NJ distribution mailing center for a full week with no movement. They need to fire the the Postal Supervisors, Postal Managers, Postal Inspectors and the Post Master of that facility for not doing their job. I am highly disappointed in their inferior service, and that is why people no longer reply on the USPS to deliver packages and they prefer to have other shipping services deliver their packages. I am appalled at their service. It's disgraceful. I would never trust their service to ship out my package again, and from the looks of it a lot of people are experiencing the same type of shitty service from them.
