US Postal Service - Amazon cards stolen by mail service, Utica, NY, USA

Utica, New York, United States

4 Christmas cards [containing $100 Amazon gift cards each] were mailed at the same time from the same location. They were sent to 2 different states and 1 foreign country. When they arrived they had been opened and resealed.--contents missing.
