Unsolicited knee guard received in the mail, Virginia, USA

Received a small gray standard package sent commercial through "easy post" containing an XL black and green knee guard inside. The package was addressed to me and the sender information listed on the package was "RETURN MA, 11990 S CARLOS AVE, ONTARIO, CA 91761." THE USPS label was placed over a non-US one, which I was not able to fully read but did have my name, address, and phone number on it as well. There was no packing slip or receipt. This is definitely concerning.
