Received unordered fake diamond ring. Do we need to report this to the authorities. FBI or local fraud department?I'm in Texas

SCAM. Check your bank statement for suspicious charge, call your Visa card/bank and report it as fraud. They will investigate and reverse the charges. It's either "brushing" (look it up), or maybe you ordered one of those phony "Amazon Pallets," or another fraudulent business' product.
Also cancel that card and request a new one with a new number.
