I received 2 bottles of keto gummies and keto advanced...never ordered these...2nd time and no way to contact who sent them...reporting to Fraud Dept

I received two bottles of keto gummy‘s. I did not order them. I don’t know how they got my address or whatever and I cannot contact them.

I just received the same I called the number on the back of the bottle and was told that it was free but on a 14 day trial after the 14 days you will be placed on a subscription if you don't call and cancel I had to get real ugly with her to cancel it now

Got mine Today Im on line with them and they keep telling me to try them and I said no and she keeps telling me I told her ugly I don’t want anything we’re can return them and cancel anything I didn’t order you really have to get ugly they don’t get no for a response

I just contacted this company and they too told me it was a promotion blah blah. Told me when it was ordered and my mom did in fact try to order me a sun hat from a link online that exact date and time, so they must have gotten my mom’s information from that order and that’s how I got these items with my name and address on it.

Number on their bottle is 833-387-1866 they are a third party… never ordered bottles it’s 14 day trial & I said cancel now! Cancelled cc that they had on file! Scammer!

Call number on back and complain and get off their automatic shipment which you apparently are signed up for unless you cancel

I just called the. number and they had all my info correct except for the phone number was not mine. I had to argue with the lady to take me off whatever trial list they had me on bc I did not order.

This company is a scam! I just received two items (2 Keto supplement bottles) in the mail that I did not order. I called the number ((833) 387-1866) that was on the back of them, and I reached two different "customer service" representatives. They would not remove my information from their database unless I provided more information (which I refused as I was concerned they were trying to get more information from me). I tried speaking to a manager, but they said they didn't have one. I also asked if they could verify if they were Slim Detox (the company), and they said they were a third-party call center that works for them and that they did not have a number to reach Slim Detox. So I asked if they could provide me with their company name (the third-party call center), and they refused to tell me. Somehow the company got all my name, address, and financial information for their products. I never placed an order. Just got mine FedEx yesterday. On the shipping label the company label is marked out with a sharpie. I did not order and will not pay for and sure as hell not going to take any of it.

Apparently when I ordered pool cleaner from MEOMELAND, the free gift sent was the keto items but then it kept being sent and I was charged for it and didn't know it at first. MEOMELAND gave my informationto them. So MEOMELAND and TRENDY SLIM DETOX are in on the scam together.

I ordered a cheap pet toy from Temu and a week later I received a mini air purifier never even heard about this place how did they get my credit card information is what i would like to know.Filing complaints with my credit card and BBB
