I received the same thing. Called the number on the back. They said it's a 14 day free trial. I can cancel after trying them. I told them I'm not trying something I didn't order and i better not be charged. They insisted I ordered them. I had to get ugly with them to cancel the subscription. I havent seen a charge yet but they did have my credit card info.
