I received in the mail today a small package wrapped in packaging and inside was another small sealed envelope which appears to be some sort of white liquid/lotion of with no instructions and which I don't recognize as anything I would have ordered withouta note inside. I have no way of sending a picture o the "product." I just going to send it back via "return to sender."by using the address on the left-side top of the packaging.
