Check the tracking number on that package & compare it with any recent orders you e placed, because I received a smiley face key chain from same shipping name & address with the tracking number associated with an order I placed with what I thought was an HSN site. They charged me $49.95 for my order & switched it with this item to make it appear that the tracking info was delivered. I reported to my card company & they are investigating
THE same thing happened to me. I ordered a wheel chair and got a smiley face instead.
