I did receive a package. I am very concerned about the order, my privacy, my credit, my personal information, and who they got my information from. How did they get my address? Why are they sending it to me? Are they expecting me to pay for it? Are they billing my credit card somehow? How did they get my private information? I am lregistered as an unlisted number and this address isn't my primary address. How did they get this information? My name is my personal information, isnt that a HIPAA violation. Was tbis Being given out online or somewhere else?
