these I did not order or authorize. I just found out now someone had charged and actually was from Glisten Glow Fireplace. I called and got in arguement. they offered 20% refund back. Of course I not accept the partial because I DIDNOT order these.I have NO CLUE how it happened. Who ever sent the products I did not order or authorize at all. I hold til just now found out where it came from direct via credit card. It was glisten glow fireplace. Not usps or fedex locations.
