On 12-11-2025, I ordered two identical products off the internet with free shipping and 30-day Guarantee. The total cost was stated to be $139.96. However, when I looked at my credit card statement the next day, I was being charged $188.95. The package did not arrive until 12-31-25, which was too late to give this as a Christmas gift. Plus, this was not the item that I ordered. I received a package today, 12/31/2025, that does not match what I had ordered and paid for. How may I return this product for a full refund?
