Unauthorized charge on my credit card

I just received my bank statement and I've gota thing from PT coin share shop hong kong and it's been charged to my account $29.99. I like to check on it. I know I didn't order it.
Somehow someone has ALLmy debit card info and has been purchasing gift cards . NOT ME. I was amazed at how this me took over my phone, put in my info, he said the man's name that supposedly did it and he was from Mexico. At the end he programmed his own name and phone number into my phone, I never touched my keypad. That's down right Scary. His name he said was Mark, I can't remember the Mexicans name.
