I would like to know if i return items to an address in NJ, that China uses, to ship items bought off Facebook, that it’s s legitimate address. They are refusing to send me the missing pieces. I am very frustrated. The website says 30 day refund window. I believe I have been scammed!The company name is Postulatk.com. I ordered from Facebook. I bought 3 of these 6 armed solar lights that u stick in flower pots. I will attach a picture. When I received them, I was missing 2 bottom stakes. I took a photo of what I received and sent to them. They refuse to admit or send me the bottom pieces. I have sent them, customer service, at least 10 emails. They insist they sent all the pieces, which they didn’t. I told them I was reporting them to the BBB for fraud and the police department in New Jersey when the package came from. There is no way to return ur receive a full refund, even though it says 30 day refund. You would never get your Mo ur back, plus u would be out the product u ordered. So frustrating 🤬

SCAM. Check your credit card bill/bank. Contact them, report it as fraudulent. They will investigate, cancel charges. This is someone posing as a phony company (w/phony bot-generated reviews), or another scam to get you to respond, then they will offer you a "50% refund" or somesuch. CAREFUL who you order from! Many fake accounts now, pretty sophisticated; anything w/prices "too good to be true" is absolutely a scam. Report them, then just ignore them; they cannot charge you anything. Note: the addresses are all fake (Amazon Seattle address, etc.)
