On 2/22/2023 I placed an order from this online "retailer". Since then I've exchanged more than a dozen messages inquiring about my order. First they tried providing a tracking number showing delivery to another state halfway across the country. Then said they'd re-ship. Refused to provide any additional tracking. Every time I demand a legitimate tracking number or a refund they have some excuse... "wait for our next shipping cycle" (whatever that means), we'll re-ship, we're a small business (not sure how that's supposed to make this ok), etc. Once I said I'm fed up with the misinformation and what they are doing amounts to theft, they stopped responding to my messages!
