Suspected Fraudulent Delivery – Incorrect and Inferior Product Received, Regents Park NSW, Australia

I received a parcel from above address today that appears similar to an item I previously ordered from another overseas company. However, the hats enclosed are made of plastic and features a printed design, whereas I specifically ordered embroidered hats made from 100% cotton twill. Upon opening the package, it was immediately clear that the product does not match the description provided on the original company's website. Their listing described high-quality, embroidered cotton hats—this item is not consistent with that standard. I have sent an enquiry to the original company, from whom I made the purchase and payment, to clarify the situation. The first two photos attached show the hats I received—made of plastic with a printed design. The 3rd and fourth photo show the original hats I purchased and paid for. See this massive difference in quality. Also see the shipment and delivery status from the company I bought the items from, but it was delivered from NSW, Australia address (see photo below). How is that possible if I ordered from overseas and paid in US Dollars and for international transaction fees? At this stage, the situation raises serious concerns about potential fraud.
