I ordered 4 pairs of shoes off line. I am not high technology talented. As always, you never know how some products run, big or little. So I ordered them in size 8 1/2 as that is what I usually wear. I wanted one pair in navy, one pair in red, one pair in black and 1 pair in beige. Somehow they all got ordered in navy. Guess I didn’t know how to do it right. I told the company it was my fault and please exchange them for the shoes in the 3 colors in size 8( I returned the other 3 pairs on 5/19/2023). I ordered them on 04/05/2023. I didn’t get them until05/05/2023..I paid them $151.15 for the 4 pair on my credit card including a $6.00 insurance charge that I did not want but they charged me for it anyway. We have been texting emails back & forth on a daily basis ever since getting nowhere fast. I have asked them for the name of the shoe company and they refuse to tell me. All I have is JOYUICOLTD. The shoes are Dr Care Orthopedic Arch Support reduces pain Comfy Sandals. I kept the one pair( even though they are too big so I had something to go by and I can give them to family or friend if I ever get this problem solved). They have offered me $5.00 and keep all the shoes. But I have already sent them back as I want the shoes in the correct size and colors. What to do now? Help please. Otherwise I am out $151.15 and have one pair of navy sandals too big and they are out nothing. This whole transaction went through PayPal in which I didn’t want either. (I hit “other” but it went to PayPal anyway ). Not a happy camper. Help. Please.
