I also ordered the Stihl cordless tree trimmer. I messaged the company ten minutes after ordering to cancel my order, because I saw reviews after I made purchase. They reached out the next day, and they responded y don't want? I said it's a scam, you're not sending people what is advertised. Nevertheless I got the same as others.......metal chain and 2 key chains. What a scam, PayPal gave me a credit but I'm still pissed. This company needs to be stopped asap.
