Our credit card was charged $199.95 for Keto Pure Silver, and $59.95 for Keto Pure Silver AGAIN just days later. We NEVER ordered, never searched for and quite frankly have never heard of the shit. Bank is disputing charges... CHECK YOUR STATEMENTS THOROUGHLY!

This a.m. I called the number on the other side of label 877-211-5175. Played stupid told the guy my sons girlfriend wanted to order but I needed the last 4 digits of credit card. They looked up name found nothing I gave them the USPS Tracking # and he gave me the last 4 digits. I said, "O.K. thanks". He then said, my last order was declined after it was shipped. I said, "Yes I know I never authorized this and therefore would not pay for it." He said, "Yes you will and by law you received it and must pay". I said, "Please take me to court it will be fun. Especially since my bank alerted me of you attempting to push thru 2 transactions one for $169.00 and then $59.00. Oh and by the way the credit card was cancelled so have a happy day". He said, I needed to return the package I said o.k. it's coming COD.

My checking account was charged for this item that I never ordered. I contacted my bank and they reversed charge when I filled fraud charge as scam with them. Now I have received this bottle and was charged again. How do you get it to stop? I am not ordering it, do not have subscription with them, and not paying for it. THIS IS WHY YOU ARE RECEIVING THESE RANDOM PACKAGES >>> I received the same thing. I also made a purchase on a website claiming to be Bed Bath and Beyond back in June. These envelopes we received are basically so that when we dispute the charges on our credit cards that they have a "track number" to proved them claiming they sent us our orders when in reality they were just cheap items. So if you still have your items, keep them for proof in your disputes. I spoke to Chase whom I made my purchase with and he confirmed that I was correct and that is exactly what they are doing with these cheap shipments.
