Offer to buy a pet fence which never arrived and they apologize it was lost during shipping and ask what we would like to do. After asking for a full refund, they keep writing offering partial refunds. They have been reported to my cc company

I got a notice that fence ordered had been delievered but I never received the shipment. Will be notifing my CC.
