Placed an order on June 14th 2023 from a FB ad I saw from this "company". I received an oder confirmation & tracking #. Around July 30th I emailed letting them know I,have not received the item. They emailed me back saying to use the tracking # &check my maipbox/USPS. I told them the tracking # was not working when I entered it & I gave them an address so it shouldn't be at the USPS (which they couldn't provide specifically which USPS center it "could've" been at. Then they agreed to resend the item and wait for it. I gave them my address Aug 3, 2023. Sept 3, 2023 I emailed them asking for a shipping update or any update on the reshipped item. They responded they would check and get back with me. Sept 14th, 2023 I emailed again for an update and they stated they couldn't track the shipment and would offer 50% back to me. I declined the 50% of what I paid for the item as I didn't trust them. So I'm out of money and the product I ordered.
