Cowboy way is a private driveway and your driver has been repeatedly speeding down our road. I have tried to have a conversation with the driver, she refuses to roll down the window, and when I tell her to slow it down, she stomps on the gas throwing gravel behind her. There is a threefold issue here first safety of both my animals, and the neighbor's grandchildren. and it dares up the driveway, causing additional work and cost. This driver is a black female around 30ish and overweight. Please let her know if this continues, I will be forced to escalate this. there is no reason to exceed 10MPH on my privet drive 35-40 is extremely excessive.Thank you in advance.
