Severe headache, fatigue, nausea following J & J covid vaccine. Additionally, I have had 2 upper respiratory infections, kidney infection, sinus infection, bladder infection even a small paper cut became infected. It is like my immune system is compromised. | Symptoms: Nausea, Headache, Fatigue
